planting.... planting ...... planting....

Everything is growing slow, but growing! So far we have been dodging the rain and wind to the best of our ability. We set out a good many seeds & transplants, but with so much rain they are getting swamped and growing slower than expected.  The high tunnel plants are doing beautifully, especially the potatoes and arugula!!! We have decided to begin the CSA on the first week of May. I will call all of the members to confirm, but it looks like we're going to have enough mature produce to start on May 5th!!!
